Players aged 16 to 19 with the level to play in the US. We evaluate them, guide their families and work with you on their pathway.

You know a player who could make the jump. Introduce us, and we guide the process with them and their family. We do not work with agents as referrers, and GSX does not introduce players to professional clubs.

Free online talk
A 45-minute session on Zoom or Meet with someone from the founding team for your players and their parents, in English or Spanish, with questions at the end.

Visibility for your club
When one of your players signs, we name and tag your club in the announcement.

A direct contact at GSX
One person who knows your club, answers fast and keeps you updated on each player.
Collaboration plan
On top of the free part, we have a collaboration plan: for every player from your academy who works with us, the club receives a percentage, agreed in writing and disclosed to the family. It never depends on the scholarship or the university, and it does not change the family's price. We go through it on the first call.

Questions clubs ask
Does it cost the club anything?
No. Evaluations and talks are free for the club. Each family decides later, without pressure, whether they want to work with GSX.
Which levels do you work with?
All the paths to US college soccer: NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and JUCO. We tell each player honestly which one fits.
Do you work with women's teams?
Yes. GSX has a women's program, with the same process and the same team.
How do we work together after the first call?
It depends on each club. We agree it one to one, in private, and put it in writing.
