02Strategy · Month 1–4
15 to 25 universities with a real chance of response, chosen for your level, your grades and your budget. Every match is intentional.
03Coach outreach · Month 3–8
We introduce you to head coaches in our network of 200+ universities. Every contact is logged, and we help you understand and compare any offer: full or partial, hidden costs, real value. You and your family talk to the coach and decide.
04Visa & travel · Month 6–10
Practical guidance on the F-1 visa process: timeline, documents (I-20, DS-160, fees) and interview preparation, plus flights, insurance and packing. GSX does not provide legal immigration advice; for legal questions we recommend an immigration attorney.
05Campus arrival · Move-in
Move-in, orientation and the first meeting with your coach. What support continues after you arrive depends on your plan, with a direct line to your case lead.

What support continues after you commit depends on your plan, and we confirm it in writing. Where your plan includes it, we check in on how things are going and help you think through next steps.
If your plan includes it: conversations about how things are actually going, academic, athletic, personal and financial.
If a better fit appears, we help you understand the rules and plan the transfer with you. GSX does not contact other programs on the athlete's behalf before the athlete enters the transfer portal, and does not represent or negotiate for them.
GSX does not act as a football agent and does not contact professional clubs on a player's behalf. If a player wants to pursue a professional contract, we refer them to a FIFA-licensed football agent of their choice and receive nothing for that referral.

Typically 6 to 18 months from the first evaluation to landing on campus, depending on your division target and the application calendar. We build a personalized timeline on the first call.
We only build shortlists with a real probability of response, and we're honest about your level from day one. If the right fit isn't there yet, we tell you what to improve and when to try again, with no empty promises.
You need to meet each university's English requirement (often the Duolingo English Test, accepted by thousands of universities, or TOEFL). We tell you exactly which exam you need and how to prepare it.
We work across NCAA Division I, II and III (in Division III the aid is academic, not athletic), NAIA and NJCAA. The players we have guided so far committed to NCAA D1 and D2 programs, and two signed professionally. We look for the division where you can realistically compete and where the offer makes sense for your family.
The price depends on your plan. We explain it in a personal session and confirm it in writing before you commit, with no hidden costs. Our fee is fixed and does not depend on whether, where or how much aid you receive. We also help you compare every offer by its final yearly cost, so you decide with real numbers.
Every case is led or supervised by someone from the founding team; both founders are former international student-athletes who made this exact journey. Some cases are run by trained GSX collaborators under that supervision; we tell you your case lead before you sign.
