Right of Withdrawal
Every GSX client may withdraw from their service agreement within 14 days of signing, without giving any reason (this is also your legal right if you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom). On this page you can do it in one step with the online form, and you will find the model form and what happens next.

What happens next: whichever way you send it, you get an acknowledgment of receipt by email (a durable medium), stating the date and time we received your withdrawal. With the online form it is sent automatically.
1. Your right of withdrawal
Every GSX client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you sign the contract.
To exercise it, tell us your decision with a clear statement: by email to [email protected], by post to GSX Management LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA, or with the online form above. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14 days end.
2. What happens to your payments
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you pay no fees for the refund.
If you asked us, when signing, to start the service before the 14 days end (the contract has an unticked box for this), and you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportional to what we provided until you told us, compared with the full service in the contract. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.
3. The GSX Guarantee, in addition
The GSX Guarantee is in addition to your legal right and gives you more: if you change your mind within the first 14 days, we refund 100% of Payment 1 with no deduction for work already done. It also includes our honest evaluation in 30 days and our work guarantee, as set out in the contract. GSX never refunds based on results (offers, scholarships or admission).
4. Who can withdraw
The person who signed the contract as the contracting party. If the player is a minor, that is the parent or legal guardian who signed.
5. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
