Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms govern the use of gsxmanagement.com and summarize how GSX services work. By using the website, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The website and the services are provided by GSX Management LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as GSX and GSX Group ("GSX", "we"), charter No. LC014791585 (Missouri Secretary of State). Address: 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +1 (217) 316-9995. Full details are in our Legal Notice.

2. What we do

GSX is a college recruiting advisory and preparation service for international soccer players: profile evaluation, recruiting strategy, highlight video, outreach to college coaches, help to understand and compare offers, and guidance on admissions, eligibility and the F-1 visa process. What is included depends on the plan in your contract.

GSX is a college recruiting advisory service. We do not act as athlete agents or football agents: we do not negotiate or solicit professional, employment, endorsement or NIL contracts, we do not enter into agency contracts, and we do not represent players before colleges or clubs. We receive no payment from any college, club or agent. College coaches decide on roster spots and athletic aid; we cannot guarantee an offer or an amount. Our fee is fixed and does not depend on whether, where or how much aid a student-athlete receives. Eligibility decisions belong to the NCAA Eligibility Center, the NAIA, the NJCAA and each college.

If a player wants to pursue a professional contract, we refer them to a FIFA-licensed football agent of their choice and receive nothing for that referral. For athletes already in college, GSX does not contact other programs on the athlete's behalf before the athlete enters the transfer portal, and does not represent or negotiate for them. Visa help is practical guidance on the F-1 visa process (timeline, documents, interview preparation): GSX does not provide legal immigration advice, and for legal questions we recommend an immigration attorney.

3. The contract comes first

Our services are delivered under the contract each family signs, which sets the price, the payment schedule, the right of withdrawal and the GSX Guarantee. If anything in these terms differs from the signed contract, the contract prevails.

Payments fall on fixed dates set in the contract: on signing, on day 60 and on day 120 after signing (Transfer plan: on signing and on day 120). These dates never change because of any recruiting event (offers, visits, commitments, admission or aid). You may voluntarily pay early, and at your request GSX and you may agree in writing to move a payment to a later date, which is also fixed.

4. No guaranteed results

We give our full work and experience, but we do not guarantee scholarships, admissions, roster spots or a level of play. The final decision always belongs to the universities, coaches and relevant authorities. GSX's fees are fixed and are not contingent on admission, placement, roster spot or the amount of any athletic aid.

5. Eligibility and what we ask of the family

GSX does not act as an athlete agent or football agent, does not negotiate professional contracts and does not hold a FIFA football agent license. If a player needs an agent, we refer them to a FIFA-licensed football agent of their choice and receive nothing for that referral.

6. Right of withdrawal and the GSX Guarantee

Every GSX client may withdraw within 14 days of signing, without giving any reason (this is also your legal right if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK). If you ask us to start before those 14 days end and then withdraw, you pay an amount proportional to the services already provided; once the service has been fully performed, the right ends. You can withdraw by email, by post or with the online form on our withdrawal page, which also includes the model form.

The GSX Guarantee is in addition to that legal right: if you change your mind within the first 14 days, we refund 100% of Payment 1 with no deduction for work already done. It also includes our honest evaluation in 30 days and our work guarantee, as set out in the contract. GSX never refunds based on results (offers, scholarships or admission).

Outside these cases, if you cancel, GSX keeps only the part of the price that corresponds to the services already provided, according to the phase table in the contract, and refunds the rest within 14 days.

7. Referrals

GSX may pay referral commissions to clubs, academies or individuals who introduced you to GSX. This does not change your price.

8. Minors

If the player is a minor, their parent or legal guardian signs the contract as the contracting party (both parents where possible, or one of them declaring that they act with the other's authority). The player signs an acknowledgment. Using the player's image requires a separate consent, which can be withdrawn, from the guardian and also from the player if they are 14 or older. How we work with minors is set out in our Safeguarding Policy.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

The website's text, graphics, logos, images and code belong to GSX Management LLC or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced without written permission. GSX™ and GSX Group™ are trademarks of GSX Management LLC.

10. No affiliation

GSX is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any university or club. Names and logos belong to their owners.

11. Testimonials

Testimonials and stories on this site come from GSX clients or their parents/guardians. We check each one against our client records before publishing and we do not pay for reviews. The short taglines on player cards are written by GSX; they are not quotes from the players.

12. Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party sites (universities, social networks, booking tools). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GSX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with its date.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri (USA). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. You may bring a claim in the courts of Cass County, Missouri, or in the courts of your own domicile, and GSX may bring a claim against you only in the courts of your domicile. For everyone else, the courts are the state courts of Cass County, Missouri, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
